The Lion King

I was already missing Kenya and so I figured watching The Lion King might help.  So I nestled into the couch and enjoyed seeing the animated versions of all the animals I had seen in real life, still wishing I was seeing the real thing, though.  Little did I know, however, that when my nephew came over to visit and wanted to watch a movie that, of all the countless movies we have in our house, he picks The Lion King.  So I watch it for the second time in one day.

And then I remembered I never showed you my photographs of the male lion I saw on safari.  Truly, the lion king.
