So, I may have discovered my new favorite design technique that I will probably use more than a normal person should. Erica sent me this link the other day from Pinterest and I immediately fell in love with the idea.
You basically paint your nails a base color, dip them in some rubbing alcohol, plaster some newspaper on them, peel it off, and voila! Love it!
